Student of the Day

Our student of the day is the busy, hardworking Ny'Eria Jackson. Yes, the apostrophe is real. (I'm scared of you)!! Ny'Eria is a junior at Vallejo High School and participates in the basketball team and Apache Academy. She has a high GPA and is one of the hardest working members in the group. To be a member of this club and to go on this college tour, a member has to turn in weekly progress reports, 12 book reports, 25 hours of community service, participate in our Thursday night sessions, and mandatory events. Ny'Eria is one you do not have to push to do the expected. I have known this young lady since her middle school years at Solano Middle School. It is rare to see Ny'Eria not smiling or sitting idle. A quality that stands out about this young lady, is her desire to please and her independent spirit. She plans to graduate early and attend junior college before her graduation ceremony all while working. Tell me that is not hard work! Ny'Eria you are a BAAAD! woman. I can not wait to see God's plan for you.
